Terms and Conditions

All lessons at APEX CHARGERS are non-refundable. Missed classes will not be eligible for make-up lessons, refunds, or credits. Exceptions for make-up lessons will only be considered in cases of medical necessity (e.g., injury or illness), with supporting evidence required.

If a class is cancelled by APEX CHARGERS, a make-up session will be scheduled, or class credit will be carried forward to the following term.

 For new students joining our academy, a one-time non-refundable enrolment fee of $49 (including GST) per child applies. This fee covers administrative costs and includes a new uniform (T-shirt).
